One more data point
I have two saves, one works perfectly and the other just stuck on finding the scandals for both.
In my broken save, Aloisio Romualdo DOESN'T know the other two people (no relationship), nor he has any of those scandals in his note book. Yet this is not the case in my working save (Aloisio knows both people and have the scandals in his notebook)
Based on my gaming experience, scandals are hard to be "removed" completely from the note book (unless player choose to bury it with the info broker?). So to me it seems the default scandals (as well as the relationship between Aloisio with others) are wiped out accidently
Same. The secrets appear in Aloisio's notebook if I start a new game, but they're not in my longtime save (the one that doesn't work.)
I also noticed that the secrets expire after 90 sim days. I've definitely been playing this pack longer than 90 days, so what's expected to happen when this deadline is reached? Are they supposed to reset? Should the secrets re-appear in a different sim's notebook? Whatever it is, doesn't seem to be working.
