[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes. Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

It’s happening to me too. I turned off the mechanic in settings and that didn’t work. I’m on console so I can’t fix it with mods or anything.
