[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes. Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

If you remove the buff it goes away.
Not sure what is the name of the buff so I removed all buffs from my sim using MCCC - My cheats - Cheat sim info - Mood Buff Control - remove all buffs.

If someone finds out the name of the buff please tell us.
