[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes. Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

I have the exact same issue. The scandal was public woohoo and it was suppose to last six days on a sim at University. Now she has graduated, married and is expecting and the scandal is over but the purple cloud will not go away.

Playing via STEAM on PC with a vanilla game. Moodlet Reset potion didn't work to remove. The cheat code traits.remove_Trait Trait_Hidden_Scandal_Secret_VFX also didn't work for my sim.
