[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes. Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

My Sim got a scandal and when it got to the end of the timer it reset twice, and now the number of days is changing incorrectly - an apology was accepted and the timer went up from 17 days to 139 days.

NPC scandals have also remained stuck with the timer fluctuating massively.

I've repaired the game, deleted the 'localthumbcache' and nothing is working.

It seems that this bug happens when you play on long lifespan. I have switched to normal lifespan and the duration is decreasing correctly.
