[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes. Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

None of the cheats are working for me either. My sims has had their scandal for 2 weeks now. Now it’s gone up to 21,021 days in the notebook, and when I hover over her. She isn’t even going to live that long.
