Btw, this is somewhat related. When my two MARRIED Sims have woohoo in their PRIVATE bedroom, they get the scandal thought bubble (each other from what I can tell) witnessed scandalous behavior... Plus they both get the sentiment. I'm not sure what was scandalous about having private wohoo with your spouse, but whatever. Thankfully, from what I can tell, it doesn't appear to have any other effects. This occurs each time they do it....

It looks like a successful workaround for some people is to set the partners' romantic boundaries to no jealousy.
