I tried this without success. This shows up and the purple cloud keeps appearing. I knew there was supposed to be a toggle for the cloud, but it also appears to be gone.
Same here, tried cheat and Caleb Vatore still has his purple cloud. The option to hide the cloud is also gone. His scandal doesn't even exist in any gameplay anymore.
LadyAofPineapple Have Caleb do something else scandalous and have him leak the scandal himself on a PC (quickest way). Once the new scandal begins, the option to hide the cloud should reappear.
I tried that, unfortunately it still didn't work. Thank you for trying, though!
