[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes.  Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

LadyAofPineapple​ Have Caleb do something else scandalous and have him leak the scandal himself on a PC (quickest way). Once the new scandal begins, the option to hide the cloud should reappear.
