[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes. Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

My sim had 3 days left on her scandal (unfair fairy), thought an apology would clear it - bumped it up to 785 (as in, SEVEN HUNDRED AND EIGHTY FIVE) days, despite the apology being accepted. Her embaressment moodlet keeps on resetting to any amount of days between 30 and 50. No mods or cc.
