[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes. Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

Im on Playstation 5 and I cant get rid of it. This save is my legacy one and no cheats. I dont want to knock off my trophies. Any time i try to put in that code(im not using testing cheats), it just freezes up my screen. Only way i can get out is to go to manage worlds.
