[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

I have this purple exclamation point in a cloud that periodically flashes. Now, I thought it had something to do with a scandal that my Sim got involved in, since I think that's when it started...

My sim got a scandal and it reset itself after the time was up and restarted again when the time was up the second time it kept saying 0 days. I load into another family and back in to the main one in hopes it would be removed. The scandal count down is gone, but my sim keeps getting the icon pop-up above her head it will not go away.
