4/15/2026 My royal sim got into a scandal back when the pack first dropped, like the second day it was out because I pre-ordered it, for dancing with a commoner at a ball, who happened to be his tenured professor wife and the mother of his three children, because how dare he dance with his wife. Apologized at a press conference three separate times. Moodlet finally when away sometime early March, and I play almost every day, so it was probably close to two full long seasons. It's now the middle of April, a full year has gone by Sim-time, he hasn't been in a scandal since and the flipping scandal cloud still haunts him. I turned scandals off for two IRL weeks, and the cloud persists. I play on PS5 and I never use cheats because that ruins the fun, broke down and tried the remove trait cheat and it froze my screen. I had to restart the whole game to get out, and the cloud is STILL there. At this point I want a "haunted by memories of scandal" moodlet just so the stupid cloud makes sense.
