[RL] Scandal Icon not going away when cleared/Moodlet time getting longer

Basically what the title says. In conversation, my sim has the option to ask his spouse what her problem is as an argument, despite having no negative sentiments. They each have several positive sentiments about each other. The only negative sentiment they've had in the past is the "Secret Witness" sentiment, but that was part of the secret witness bug.
