[RL] Scandals disappear on notebook after entering build from map

I am a Mac OS player with all DLCs. I have tested without mods. If I enter buily/ build mode of a lot in the world mode, and then come back to the playing household. The following bugs will happen....

Everything is fine before I enter build/buy mode of another lot in world mode.  The scandal icon still appear in a Sim's notebook.

The Sim who is involved in a scandal still has its "scandal logo", as shown in red circle.

If I re-enter the household after having build/bud mode in another lot, the bugs happen.

The scandal icon disappear on notebook.

The scandal logo also disappear in the relationship bar.
