I am also getting this sentiment with my married couple for no reason. I keep having to use the cheat to remove all sentiments every time it comes up. It's annoying and frustrating to have to fix almost every other sim day.
It happens when they are flirting with each other (with no one around or with other sims around like their toddler) and other times when they woohoo (in private). Sometimes it only happens on the one sim (the female) and sometimes it appears on both of them.
They also have no scandals in their notebook. Couple are not in a dynasty. New save after the Royalty and Legacy pack came out. Happens with mods (I play with a small number of mods and the only mod I have that could possibly be affecting this are RPO or maybe MCCC) and I even tried without mods and it still occurred. The wife is a b-lister celebrity but not sure if that has anything to do with it.
