Also having this issue with married sims - and it's basically any romance interaction not just woohoo 🙃It's been horrible for keeping up their romance bar
Editing to add: I've actually just noticed it's always the same sim that gets this sentiment. She has the Proper, Jealous, Materialistic traits from CAS then also Adventurous and Romantics from self discovery moments. I'm wondering if it's something to do with the Proper trait?
I also had this issue with the same sim getting this sentiment, but the trait they have that's the same as your sim's is Jealous, not Proper. Maybe it's a problem with the Jealous trait?
The bug has nothing to do with any specific traits. All partnered Sims (whether married or not) will get the secret witness sentiment when woo-hooing with one another, unless their romantic boundaries are set so that they will not become jealous if their partners woo-hoo with other Sims.
