Also having this problem on ps5 and i have royalty and legacy. (If it helps i have all EPs except enchanted by nature.)
My sims are married and in base-game careers (not nobles) and the problem started happening before i created their dynasty, but is still ongoing.
Having the sentiment seems to be causing fighting (physical fighting) as well, which has never been an issue before.
