[RL] 'Secret Witness' Guilty Sentiment without reason

I have consistently had this experience ever since I got the royal and legacy pack. I use UI cheats to get rid of the sentiment, but it’s a pain to get rid of it every time they woohoo or sometimes even simple romantic interactions. They’re a married couple and have not interacted with other sims romantically or have cheated on eachother. I tested it with a new save file and it still happened, even without them being in a dynasty or noble career. Sometimes both of them get the sentiment and other times it’ll only be one of them. Regardless, it’s driving me insane! I hope EA fixes this soon.
