[RL] Sim has Unfair Affair with spouse

1. I don't use any mods and I did try running a repair, but that didnt fix it.
2. I play on my PC through the EA platform.
3. It is a newly made couple. I had them get married to start building a dynasty.
4. The woman was in romantic relationships previously, but isnt now. This started when someone called the man and tried to blackmail him. I didnt pay the $3,000 to stop the "scandal" from getting out. The only people that show up as complicit are the couple, no other sims. And it just gets worse and keeps adding days onto the scandal every time another sims see them together. Neither of them are upset from being cheated on, because that hasn't happened. And I have them set to not get jealous over anything.

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing on (PC, Mac, Playstation, XBox)
• Is this a couple you played before the patch/pack or newly made ?
• Do either of the Sims have a romantic affair with other Sims ?
