After tonight’s update (12.05.2026) Sims who doesn’t belong to certain dynasties but have some connection to them keep adding even after I try to manually delete them. It goes on and on. Once I leave one family enter another to fix it, it happens again.

Yeah, getting this same issue.
I have a household with a Lee-Goth dynasty and suddenly my one sim was put in a different dynasty and then my other sims who weren't even in the Dynasty got added to my Lee-Goth dynasty.
I removed them all from their dynasties, saved and exited my game and then they were all in the same dynasty's again...
Getting rid of all Dynasty's fixes this issue, insure if it fixes after you redo dynasty's.
After the May 12th update went to start a new save and loaded in the Thebe household. A pop up will come up saying Thiago joined the Abrantes dynasty. When I clicked on him and looked it said he was in the Abrantes dynasty instead of the Thebe dynasty. However when I clicked on Cordelia it said Thiago was in the Thebe dynasty at that same time. I tried to manually change it which worked but it then reverted back once the household was reloaded. Also the family tree will acknowledge that he is in the Abrantes dynasty. No other dynasty has this issue and I tested it in an unmodded save.
Yep, having the same issue. Sims being listed in multiple Dynasties (including having Dynasty HEADS being in other Dynasties), Dynasty Rank being thrown off (in the attached Save, Athena WAS number 1, but dropped to 9, and I only got her back up to 6), the random notifications, etc. I've attached a Save. As I just said, in the Active Household, Athena SHOULD be top in her Dynasty (and was last session). But go into the Dynasty Menu, and notice that Maven is both HEAD of the Sparks Raven House AND a Member of the Sparks First House.

Hi, I've gotten this issue too and it's made my game wholly unplayable. Unfortunately it just seems like the entire patch is busted in this regard.
This happened to me today too. Virgilio Capp is supposed to be an outcast from the Capp Dynasty. I'm playing him, and he lives in Forgotten Hollow instead of Ondarion. I opened his save today and got this message:
When I restarted the game, I received the same message again. He is shown as a member in the Dynasty panel, not an outcast anymore. I'm afraid to play his save or any other with this bug happening.
I have this issue too. It happens every time I load the game or go back to the lot from manage neighbourhood screen. The sims would join related dynasties, for example Cordelia's children would join Abrantes dynasty.
Yesterday I've only checked on my families, but today I've tested premades from Royalty&Legacy on vanilla.
In each family I've got notification about joining the dynasty (regardless of sim's age) while travelling/editing in CAS etc.
But sims kept being in the same dynasty which originally belongs to... until I've married two sims from different dynasties.
When I've married Jawara Darong with Tybalt Capp and automatically agreed to join her into Capp's dynasty, after reloading the game have decided to also add her kids to Capp's dynasty. So they're in two dynasties at the same time + Jawara kept shown in Darong dynasty despite the fact I've agreed to "move her".

I'm not sure if this is a separate bug, or part of the same bug, but I'm putting it here because it seems like its the same sort of thing - my sim's child keeps getting automatically removed and re-added to the family dynasty every time I open the game. Each time I get a notification and her progress resets.
She was the dynasty heir and had been in the dynasty since birth, and was also rank 2. But now she's at the bottom rank. She's not connected to any other dynasties, just the one my current family started.
