I, unfortunately, play with full autonomy on. I know, I know, I'm crazy. I find it incredibly frustrating when I see a sim in my household that needs a shower and they jump into the shower just to get out and go read a book. They won't cancel reading to go back to the shower, and if I cancel the reading to send them back, they just get out and go read again. I now have a household of sims, aside from the sim I control, that won't shower or use the toilet. They will eat and sleep, but if I expect them use the facilities or clean themselves I know that I am expecting a miracle at this point. I REFUSE to remove the Scholarly trait as I am determined that certain families should have a certain focus.
This type of bug forces me to return to my previous arguments that there simply no testing of these expansions before launching them. The environment setup should be: Devlopment -> Testing -> Launch at the MINIMUM. It is quite obvious that the setup here is Development -> Launch. We are the testers for them and at this point I am asking, yet again, that EA stops charging for their expansions and pay us for all of this testing we are doing that should have been done behind closed doors.
I shouldn't have to write this, but I am going to anyway (and I'm sure I'll see another ban for this one, but I don't care)
TEST YOUR GAME BEFORE YOU LAUNCH IT!!!!!!
You need to do better EA.
