I had the same issue when I created a new dynasty (it didn't happen with the default ones). Even though their ideals were against mean interactions, they regularly argued and destroyed romantic relationships that had previously been at their peak. I already reported it two days ago, but the bug wasn't related to the base game. It was after I founded the dynasty. Unfortunately, I had to reload my backup save, because even with the autonomy disabled, mean interactions persisted.
I play on Ea App, no mods/cc.
