I think you may have an issue where you are aligned with either commoner or nobles, and your dynasty members are either a noble or a commoner (not noble).
You may have the poor leadership thing going on then, if things work as I assume then; if you have a dynasty mixed with nobles and commoners, try and maintain a neutral Kingdom status, where you favor neither side.
