Had posted on the old thread beck in October 2024 when I first encountered this problem - booted up the Sims 4 for the first time in a while to test my game with a new vampire sim to see if the issue still existed. was a fresh save and created a totally new sim. gave them occult eyes and teeth in CAS. Immediately once I loaded into LIVE mode the eyes and teeth changes from occult to normal default eye color and the default non-vampire teeth. Sad to see issue is still persisting.
