Hi! I also have the same problem.. my whole generation is based on vampires and it's been many months that this bug has made me lose the desire to play.
I am having the same problem except mainly with Fangs not saving after leaving CAS. Tried reapplying on mirrors etc and they just change to random teeth after doing so. Mine is on PC not console so this is a platform wide bug. They seriously need to fix it...so dumb it's been going on so long.
