I can't continue my 6-year old occult generational legacy save because of this issue. It's been going on for at least a year now, it's incredibly frustrating that nobody at EA has even acknowledged this problem, let alone try to solve it. Disheartening, I refuse to buy any new packs or content until this is fixed. For a "free" game that costs over $1k and still suffers from awful game-wide glitches like this for years, it's laughable. Please fix this 😭
I actually paid for the game and the packs because when I first started playing the sims 4 on xbox one the base game wasn't free to play. Which is also extra annoying.
