I have found that custom tattoos are also being removed now when moving to live mode on vampires, werewolves, aliens and mermaids. It seems any extra features are just wiped, meaning we can add custom tattoos to the list of things that are not an option for occult sims due to a bug that has not been fixed for five months. It sucks. :[
i swear the situation for occult players is getting better and better lmaoo
