It's been 6 months, this is getting ridiculious. Are there any mods that fix this?
Yes, there is. TwelfthDoctor's Occult Hybrid Unlocker and Stabilizer was recently updated. With this update it has a fix to this issue. Yes, you will still have to go in and reset the eyes, teeth, and everything else. But it stays on the sim. I hope this helps.
I know it won't help those on the console version of the Sims.
