I updated my game today and for me vampires are fixed, not just children but adults as well! For vampires that started out as vampires with occult features on their everyday form, the occult features now remain after editing the Sim in CAS. On vampires that started out as normal Sims, I'm now able to add occult features (fangs, eyes, etc.) to their everyday form in CAS full edit mode.
