One Sim in my household that I play, his eyes will not stay the assigned color I give him, I do change them back in "CAS" or "Manage Household" but when I save and exit out of either of those, the eyes keep changing to a different color and not the one I picked. I need help or any solutions? I have tried all I could but nothing is working.

To the ones complaining that this post wasn't marked as PC, I am on console so when I was picking categories I chose console at the time, not realizing this issue was bigger than it was. This is actually the first bug report I had made ever and didn't know I had to mark all platforms.
Maybe one of us should upload a video on Youtube talking about this bug with supernatural sims, explaining all the details and make it go viral. Because I've already made comments in other videos and post and nothing happened. In fact, unfortunaly, i was the only one who comment about it in the other post.

EA either does not know how to fix the issue or doesn't care. So I for one will not buy anything else or I get a refund for the pack.
For no reason at all, the fangs and eyes will just reset and vanish and the only way to see them is to stay in dark form. This has been going on for a while,c an this please be fixed !
None of the occult details will stay on. Eye sockets, teeth, eye colors, etc. Yikes!
An xbox tag needs to be added as well because this bug is happening to me on my xbox series x console.

It's been over half a year now and this issue with the occult eyes has not been fixed. I'm seeing other more recent bugs getting fixed before this one and it's frustrating. I wanted to get the new businesses and hobbies expansion pack but I'm not spending another cent on this game until they fix these issues
The business and hobbies custom tattoo creation looks fun but I don't want to use it or spend money on it if my favorite vampire sim is broken, limited creativity options, and with no idea ifever fix this bug. I want to know if this bug will be fixed or if it will be unfixed and ignored for over 2 years like the vampire/werewolf super speed not working bug.
The thing I like about the sims 4 over other games is the ability to be creative and the creativity options are extremely limited without the vampire cas option. For me, the focus on "realism" with the game is boring and limits creativity and sims without any vampire cas features all have the same ugly play doh looking faces with no detail. Maybe it's the graphic cartoon style or that the game is old or that I'm playing on an Xbox series x console.
With this bug I realized that I don't enjoy the live mode part of the game that much without my favorite vampire sim since I have been only playing with him and his descendants for around 4 real life years and creating a family legacy. A lot of his descendants are also spellcasters which are also broken and don't have a dark form option to stay in as a temporary work around. A lot of the legacy thing is about the appearance with the genetics.
I rarely use dark form other than for sometimes having a second completely different appearance option to switch to for more creativity options. Vampires perform their plasma drinking smoother without a dark form because the delay of them changing forms can cause their victim to walk away and then I have to select the option for them to drink again.
Please fix this bug ea or come out with a different sims game like this one that only focuses on occult, scifi, and other non realism things.
