One Sim in my household that I play, his eyes will not stay the assigned color I give him, I do change them back in "CAS" or "Manage Household" but when I save and exit out of either of those, the eyes keep changing to a different color and not the one I picked. I need help or any solutions? I have tried all I could but nothing is working.

hi, new sims 4 xbox series bug when I put vampire eyes on my sims they are replaced by normal eyes and the same for the eyebrows and orbit of the vampire pack.
Update today, hopefully that fixes the eye issue.
I believe the update was only for issues with the reaper rewards event.
Just figured I’d share what I’m trying to do with my characters if that helps the process at all. I’m trying to use the occult eyes I believe they’re the vampire ones for one of my CC it’s the bright white with the light back ground. My other CC I was trying the bright red occult eyes. Changing them to any occult eyes does not seem to save and carry over after leaving the edit mode, but I can change them to the new reaper eyes from the reaper rewards event so that’s a plus.
Im also getting issues with facial details for vampires, what about you?
So I made this sims with Cheek and Eye Details added, at first it doesnt bug or anything but after several playhours, the Details keeps being removed from my sims. I tried several ways like using new game files like that but it keeps occuring.
I can trigger the bug too when I use mirror for changing my Sim appearance using "Change Sim" option
I also added new face details like in the picture
RED: The default that keeps being removed
BLUE: Newest Face Details
And when I Clicked Done, this is my sim looks like
It only keeps the newest one
I tried everything like deleting every Document files but it still keeps deleted, I even tried to use MCCC to just paste the appearance but it's too tiring, I tried to restart my game (Deleting old save file and start new game with the same sims) but the bug persist
What should I do?
I manually triggered it by having the sims go to work, and after they back to home with their career outfit still on, i save the game and exit to main menu. when I resume the game, those facial details were out
I mainly have Spellcasters and the one I've had a year and a half has always had the yellow, and you were right about the update, and I've also seen many complaints about Vampires having issues also. The reaper eyes do work. But for some reason none of the Occult eye colors are working or majority of Occult features in general. Just wondering why Occult Sims are affected.
