One Sim in my household that I play, his eyes will not stay the assigned color I give him, I do change them back in "CAS" or "Manage Household" but when I save and exit out of either of those, the eyes keep changing to a different color and not the one I picked. I need help or any solutions? I have tried all I could but nothing is working.

After the update today the Occult features are working again! Yay! It took forever but the bug is fixed! It's about time, thank you EA!
Can confirm that the latest patch fixed this bug. You just have to go into cas to fix the eyes and then they stay fixed. Yayyyy :)
Can you also confirm all other features work - face features, teeth????
I re-installed the game to see if this is fixed. I created a vampire, went into live mode, and the eyes and features didn't disappear! It seems to be fixed for at least the vampires anyways. I haven't tried any of the other occult types yet.

The Occult features are also fixed for Spellcasters also.
I just tested the mermaid, and it seems fixed for mermaids too!
I just re installed the game and started a new save to test the update with a saved copy of my vampire that was bugged and he is working now. the eyes and facial features work and teeth are working for me so far.
my mermaids are still broken for me though. my mermaids that had occult eyes on their human form before the update that broke them no longer have occult eyes on their human form after the most recent update. i guess i wont be playing my original save until that is fixed since there are mermaids i created in that save with occult eyes on their human form. i honestly don't think they will ever fix that though because the only way I can see it being fixed is if they add the vampire occult eye colors as a selection option to mermaids human form since the way I got mermaids human form to have the vampire occult eyes years ago was by using the link option to copy mermaid form to human form. The ability to do that may have technically been a bug from their perspective but it does not seem that way to me as it gives me more creative options and freedom and I see no reason why mermaids human form should not have the option to use vampire occult eyes, or mermaid occult eye colors in eye selection, especially since their mermaid form has access to them.
also my sims that were born in live mode as vampire spellcaster hybrids are also working now with the vampire eyes, facial features, and teeth.
I've checked my pre-update October save.
Occult eyes, teeth, ears, face features - everything works! No need to fix anything manually.
At last I can play, after 6 months!
The update seems to work on the vampires.
Unfortunately, occult features are still disappearing from non-occult sims I downloaded from the gallery and have been playing for years. I doubt they’ll fix that or be able to without removing the occult selector in CAS. Very disappointing.
