Dealing with this in a save right now. Made two sims, (from gallery sims) set them as partners, game reset them to acquaintances immediately, and every single attempt at a romantic interaction between them was rejected. Used full edit mode to set them back to partners, and even tried setting a steamy dynamic. Still 100% rejection rate. I've cleared their likes/dislikes and turn ons/offs so there's no reason these interactions should be failing like this. Even the most gentle of flirts causes conflicts. A relationship is genuinely impossible.
