Romance Interactions constantly rejected

thank you, and yes premade households. I got all sims from the gallery and merged them into a household and changed their relationship status in cas.

This is happening to me for the first time tonight.  PC player, no mods.  Everyone's flirty and compatible in terms of romantic and woohoo interests, but every single romantic interaction results in a decrease in romantic relationship or friendly relationship.  Even when my Sim is friends with someone, asking about relationship interests results in a very sassy notification and a significant decrease in relationship.  

Hi this has been happening to me too. All romantic actions are rejected and romantic introduction is no longer an option.

Just had this problem for the first time - started up a fresh game after installing Cottage Living. Created an engaged couple in CAS. Things went okay with them about a week in game - Sim A cheated on Sim B with a flirtatious social, but they made up and were flirting autonomously again. Friendship bar a little lower than the romance bar which was over 50%. But on the Love holiday, even though Sim A would autonomously flirt with Sim B, she would reject every romantic social from Sim B, even "compliment appearance", as well as relationship-related ones like "talk about fear of infidelity". Tried giving them a few days, getting their regular relationship bar higher again, but no luck. I tried having her go flirt with a townie she had a mild romantic relationship with, and she again rejected the interaction when the townie tried to compliment her appearance, so the issue might not be specific to the one relationship.

I tried removing Wonderful Whims (even though they had high attraction so it should have increased flirtation success) but I still had the same problem. I have MCCC, it's up to date.

I have this too. If I'm lucky, the regular flirt interaction might work, and occasionally the compliment looks one. This is when the romance bar is lower than I think something like 70. If the romance bar is higher than 70 there are no problems. So I have to cheat the romance, otherwise my sims will never have any partners.

This has been a problem for at least a few months. I don't have the latest update though, but the one from December.

I cannot get any romance action to work. Every time I try to flirt with another sim, they reject the interaction, even if i have a good relationship. I can't get the relationship bar to come up, even when using Social Bunny. And the small relationship bar I have with the wealthy weirdo, I can't progress.
