i'm literally having the exact same issue except with all of my purchased packs 

Joggernutt​ Are the packs still deactivated or are you not seeing them at all? You can find the Pack Selection page in Marketplace > My Collection. 

If you could send a picture of what you see, that'd be great! 

I've done that twice and didn't work

Does the Royalty and Legacy pack appear deactivated under Marketplace > Collections? If so, you'll need to click 'Pack Selection,' select the deactivated pack, and click confirm to activate it.
