Same issue on Sulani with a dragonfruit. Winter season but temperature is cool. Tried the next day when temp was warm (still Winter), but still "too cold to plant". I *was* able to plant other things the first day with cool weather - cherry, lemon, morel. None of these, including the dragonfruit, were sheltered. Enchantment was mentioned as a possible source above, but I don't own the fairy pack. Also on PC.
