do you have the issue with one particular Sim only or all Sims affected ?
If it's just the one Sim, do you remember when the moodlet first appeared ? Was it cold then ?

Its a 1-sim household. I had someone from another household come over, he didn't have any issues with being chilly and he could plant something in the garden. So it seems a sim related issue.
I'm not sure when the moodlet appeared, I hadn't played in a while. When I opened the game again the moodlet was there.
the Sim doesn't have the iceproof trait, right (there's a known issue with that) ?
Do you own adventure awaits ?
