The yfBody_EP05DressTieSlip full body outfit from Seasons has these visible black spots popping up whenever Sims are in a sitting position.
When viewing the model itself, I noticed that this issue is caused by the legs extending too far up inside the dress mesh.
Then double checked in-game... and yeah, that appears to be the case here.
I can reproduce something similar with that outfit. The dress mesh seems to clip with the leg mesh when the Sim switches to sitting animations, which is why the black spots appear.
A quick test that sometimes helps is switching the Sim to a different sitting surface (sofa vs dining chair) or slightly adjusting body sliders in CAS, as some body shapes push the legs further into the mesh.
Since you already confirmed it happens with no CC or mods, it definitely looks like a mesh issue with that outfit. Good catch reporting it.
