I'm also experiencing gnomes suddenly in my houses even though i don't have the illness, they just suddenly appear and start doing actions like repairing for example and multiply. First I saw one, then saw lots of green circle effects everywhere, then another one spawned and it became more.
I'm not a fairy, neither do i have fairy dust. I have medium balance, but gnomes shouldnt just spawn from balance, but rather from an illness, and I don't have that one.
I had sinuses illness just a day before and cured it with the apothecary cure, then came home, opened the business and suddenly active gnomes were spawning.
I had no gnomes in the house before.
I'm on PC, latest patch.
