since you posted multiple bugs in one thread, this is going to be the thread for gnomes spawning without ailment (cause of upvotes).
Could you please create a separate report for the items not being repairable ? Did they break unbreakable objects ?
I can create a separate thread but it will be pretty similar to what I originally posted ♥️
The items are breakable objects (fridge, toilet, bath etc.) and the issue with items not repairing only occurs following the gnomes visiting and breaking them.
The are repairable if they break via normal methods.
There is no reason for the gnomes to visit as no ailment for household sims and no visiting sims with an ailment and it’s not harvestfest.
