All packs/NoCC/NoMods... within the last day, without Harvestfest or gnome lure ailment, gnomes are appearing uninvited upgrading objects I don't want upgraded, repeatedly re-upgrading (how is that a thing) the water collectors and doing the gardening, so it is blocking my Sim's effort to increase their gardening skill.
