[S] [EBN] Gnomes spawning with no harvest fest/ailment

I play on PC

and it also happens all the time in my game, these disgusting gnomes appear in houses and fix or break everything without permission.

Even if no Sim has a disease or it's the harvest festival

it's hateful.

I don't understand what information is needed. There is an active lot, there is a sick NPC somewhere in the neighborhood → gnomes appear. It seems obvious to me. Sick passersby trigger the appearance of gnomes on the active lot.

But that's where it doesn't make sense.

These gnomes are a pain.

Then they say to deactivate the diseases.

But how do we play the naturopath career?

The thing I've been experiencing similar to this is the friendly enchanted gnomes being spawned out of nowhere for no reason. Like, I don't enchant them myself or ask for gnomes to be enchanted by any fairies. They're just gnomes that spawn for no reason, The ones that spawn in are not pre-existing gnomes. They come out of nowhere and the gnomes I have on my lot remain untouched (thankfully omg. I like gnome deco).

This occurs on my home lots and on public lots 🙃 I enjoy crafting games a lot and the handiness upgrading system makes me get a little of that feeling when I'm playing sims... Friendly upgrade/repair gnomes make upgrading things through crafting/by yourself obsolete. Gnomes just upgrade everything randomly before I get to do it and it's so annoying.. :/ I also enjoy the struggle of gambling with seed packs with my sims' money, but the friendly gardening gnomes that randomly spawn for no reason make that obsolete too. At least with that, I can just ctrl + click then delete all the little tiny packs that block paths, then leave the rest as a mess until I have the energy to get to deleting them lol. Upgrades can't be undone 🙃

Ailment Spread doesn't directly effect Naturopath; the career can still receive patients with Ailments and the fairies can still "curse" people or "cure" said curse. All Ailment Spread effects is the possibility for YOU to contract the disease automatically, NPCs can still get them for purposes of Naturopath.

I thought any time good and bad gnomes could spawn when using fairy dust or fairy abilities, and/or they're attracted to certain plant types. 

I've found the solution for my specific case!! I was so tired about to restart my legacy.... I was so happy when I SOlved it !!! I had a small business and opened it daily so I had a recurring customer (she fit the taget audience I set) I never noticed she was sick until I DID. She had red white patterns on her skin which IS THE gnome ailment.  SHE brought the gnomes with her. I used MCC (COntrol center mod for SIms U can download is easy) and commande her though self comand to go to a neuturopath.... GOD I hope It helps any of you!!!
