It works fine, but now the flowers (sometimes) appear in mid-air after or during the interaction (similar to how crystals would appear when the tree became invisible.

I have the same issue for sometime now. Hope it can get fixed soon.
I just try to ignore them as best as I can, or close the game and re-open
