[S] NPC Sims Get Stuck in a Loop Repairing in Sim's House

NPC Sims will get stuck in a loop repairing broken objects in a Sim's house when it rains. The Sims will autonomously start repairing broken objects and they won't stop repairing objects until it stops raining. Sometimes, the NPCs won't leave the lot until after it stops raining even though the option to Send Home was selected or the option to Send Home doesn't appear.
