[S] Scout: crafting doesn't count towards Arts and Crafts badge

To earn the "Arts and Crafts" badge in the Scouts after-school-activity, the prompt says "make crafts, drawings, or paintings."

But many crafts don't count as "crafts" towards this badge.

The issue: Only ActivityTable Drawings, Paintings, CarvedPumpkins, Woodworking, and Knitting count as a "crafted_tagged_item" in the BadgeActivities tuning code.

Missing crafts I tested in-game:

1. Flower Arrangement [S] (including Wedding Bouquets from My Wedding Stories)
2. Candlemaking [ECO]
3. Fabricating [ECO]
4. Cross stitch [CoL]
5. Friendship Bracelets [GRO]
6. Nectar making [HR]
7. Gemology table Jewelry or Gemstones [CCSP]
8. Pottery [BH]
9. Nature Press [EBN] - Candles. (If the sim creates a Portrait from the nature press, it counts as a painting. But the candles don't count as a craft, and should do.)
10. Apothecary [EBN]
11. Papercrafts [AA]

Also potentially #12. Juice-Fizzing [ECO], being similar to nectar making which is under off-the-grid crafting in Build Buy.

These are under "Off the grid crafting" in Build-Buy, so they are clearly meant to be considered "crafts".

This issue has been reported on the old Answers HQ, and I re-reported it to the forums about a year ago, but it got archived last month with the Scout collection page.
