[S] Scouts Badge Progress UI missing text

I am having this issue as well after the most recent update. I have mods, but I removed them to test.

For me the issue started after this latest patch. Was working fine yesterday before patch update. I’ve got MCCC and better exceptions installed, no other mods. 

It seems I can not edit my OG post, and the UI Exception wasnt added correctly, so adding it in quotes instead.

It seems the after school activity for scouts is completely broken.

I have not played around with it for probably a couple of years so I really do not know when this issue started.

Game version:  1.115.216.1030
Platform: PC

Mods: None during this test. Decided to try with a completely fresh save as well.

The issue:

When you click the scouts board you get a weird UI with no progressions at all and also a UI Exception.

Could you please provide the following information

• Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
• What platform are you playing ?
• Since there's currently no time limited event going on, did you mean to pick scenario ? Does it occur only with a specific scenario active ?
