please use either mods/cc removed or never, not both
- Never means you never have used mods (or not in a long while)
- Removed means you usually do use mods but you have tried a clean user folder and it's still happening
- Does it happen on a new save as well ?
I’ve already deleted the mod, but Sims in my household still aren’t talking to each other—especially their partners. This started happening after I updated latest patch.

Did you test other events or just Winterfest ?
Other events seem to be going fine accept winterfest, love day, jogging day, easter egg day
