[S] Sims dying from overheating in chilly weather

I’ve purchased the Life and Death pack, started to play with one of my sims and all of a sudden, while she was in Ravenwood nightclub, she died from overheating. That was strange because the temperature in that world is always chilly. But she’s a witch and I thought it was because she had used to much powers, so I didn’t bother too much.
But yesterday I transferred her sister in the household to play with her as well. She’s only human btw. They were at a party on the river shore and once again, all of a sudden, without notice, I get the notification that she’s overheating. I try to get her in the water (even tho it was raining and again it was chilly) but she was already dying. This time there was no reason at all for her to die like this and since I never had a sim dying from overheating before I got the new Pack, I guess it may be related.

  • Playing a vanilla test game. So.... No mods. No CC.

Playing in Summer. It is hot. But, my Sims are becoming overheated in situations where I don't expect them to be overheated.

For example: Getting a massage at a Spa.

They were initially in their Hot Weather Outfit - because it was very hot. They changed into a robe while at the Spa. All was fine. Then they participated in a Yoga Class. Not overheated. Then, while getting a massage they began overheating. (I sent them to the Spa because their stove caught on fire. But that should not be an issue.)

"Overheating (From Being Hot Due to Temperature) When Sims get too hot, they need to wear light clothing or head inside for shelter!"

Had to cut the message short before they died.

    This has never happened before.

Just had this issue myself with one of my Sims. She was at the romantic festival while it was cold (it was torwards the end of winter) when she suddenly got the lethal heat moodlet. I switched her from her winter outfit into the summer outfit and moved her inside the nearby building but she still ended up dying. Weirdly though, after the reaper reaped her soul she got back up and was fine (no being asked whether to turn her into a ghost or not), though she still had the lethal heat moodlet.

Anyways, save has been sent to EA as requested.

Edit: Might as well add that she was a fairy by the way. And needless to say, I've never been a CC/Mods user.
