During Talk Like a Pirate Day, if you click on your partner you have romance->physical intimacy choices Heave Ho (replaces Woohoo) and Try for New Pirate (replaces Try for Baby). However. when you click on Woohoo locations (have only checked bed, shower and romantic blanket), while you have Heave Ho with..., instead of Try for New Pirate with... you still have Try for Baby with...
In addition, when you click on your partner, only some of the Heave Ho or Try for New Pirate choices specify location. On normal days, you'll have Woohoo/Try for Baby in Shower or in Blanket if those Woohoo locations are available, while just plain Woohoo/Try for Baby is reserved for Woohoo in bed.
Addendum: When I go to Myshuno Meadows on Talk Like a Pirate Day, clicking on partner has choice Heave Ho in Observatory but neither Try for Baby nor Try for New Pirate, clicking on Observatory has Heave Ho with... and Try for Baby with...
Going to Caldera Camp, on partner there are two Heave Hos (one presumably in the shower, the other presumably in the waterfall as there is no double bed on the lot unless you edit it in Build/Buy). On the waterfall is Heave Ho with... and Try for Baby with...
Addendum 2: Some locations (tent, closet, bush, lighthouse) have Heave Ho in... when clicking on partner, I have so far found none that have Try for New Pirate with... instead of Try for Baby with... when clicking on the woohoo location.
For woohoo in water, you can't click on your partner to initiate woohoo in water, whether or not both are swimming. Clicking in swimming depth water has Heave Ho with... and Try for Baby with..., but will fail if either or both of them are either not swimming or get out of the water before the woohoo starts.
